If you missed the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors you missed a great show, but like all cable stations, I'm sure it will play a million more times. If you did see it than here are a few things to think about...- Was it just me...or did Trey Songz mess up a Classic Hit "Regulate" by tryin' to pull off his Best Nate Dogg impression...? (LOL) Stay in your range Trey...!!!
- Another thing that made me throw up a lil' in my mouth was the fact that Rick Ross and Foxy Brown had on the same jacket - Hmmmm - Foxy with her fake boobies was cool...Rick Ross with his real boobies...Not so cool...!!! Now you know why i threw up...!
Overall, I thought it was a GREAT show for 25 years off Def Jam...!!! My only suggestions: DMX shoulda performed "Ruff Ryders Anthem" and Onyx shoulda slowed the music down...waaaaaayyyy down (I didn't know there was a House version of "Slam"...108 BPM's...?) And my man, DJ Jazzy Jeff, kilt...YES...KILT it last night...! After that performance, I will be in the lab working on my skillz for a minute. BIG UPS TO DEF JAM...!
